1. Use copy paper correctly
Laser printers are used to output paper patterns, so first select the paper. It is best to choose electrostatic copy paper. The range of paper is 60-105g / m2. Generally, 70g / m2 copy paper is often used. Paper that is too thin or too thick can easily cause paper jams. It may be possible to use paper that is too thick Will cause mechanical wear. It is better not to cut the paper by yourself, because the cut paper often has burrs. The accumulation of paper hair in the machine will cause damage to the machine parts and may also scratch the photosensitive drum. Before using the paper, do not put it directly in the paper box. It should be broken up and carefully checked for paper dust on the paper. Dust or other hard objects, so as not to be brought into the machine, scratching the photosensitive drum and other mechanical parts.
2. Use the toner cartridge correctly
The most commonly used consumables in laser printers are toner cartridges, and different types of laser printers use different toner cartridges. Therefore, the correct use of toner cartridges can ensure that the printer can work normally for a long time, reduce machine downtime and maintenance time, and can also greatly reduce the consumption of toner cartridges, reduce production costs, and increase economic benefits.
First, choose a toner cartridge that matches the printer. Do not use other printer consumables to avoid damage to the machine.
Secondly, the photosensitive drum of the toner cartridge is very sensitive. It is strictly forbidden to be exposed to strong light in the sun, and it is also prohibited to be exposed to high brightness indoors for more than 5 minutes, otherwise it will damage the photosensitive drum.
Third, if you need to use the printer to produce the finished product (such as sulfuric acid paper, polyester film, etc.), it is best to use the original toner cartridge. The toner cartridge filled with powder is best used to produce large samples. Replacing the photoreceptor drum with a long-life photoreceptor drum is prone to problems such as toner leakage, damage to machine parts, and output quality is not as good as before. Therefore, conditional units can specifically draw out a printer to use only original toner cartridges, and use other printers to reuse toner cartridges, which can not only produce high-quality finished products, but also maximize cost savings.
