Problem 1: Too much waste toner
Clean the waste toner bin or use a toner cartridge suitable for low coverage printing.

Problem 2: Toner leakage
①If the printer prints a white sheet: first check if there is any problem with the printer. If there is no problem, it means that there is a problem with the printer toner cartridge during assembly.
②Vertical black lines of more than 1 cm in width appear on the printed document and the drum core at the same time. Generally, customers also think that it is toner leakage: this is a problem with the scraper, causing the powder on the stick core to be not scraped cleanly.
③The color of the printed document is uneven, with obvious white lines: Can you still see the toner on the magnetic stick from the outside? If you see that there is toner in some places on the magnetic stick and no powder in some places, it means that the toner of this printer toner cartridge has been used up.
④Vertical thin black lines appear on the printed document: usually the scraper and the small scraper on the edge of the scraper are stuck with dirt or scraps of paper.
⑤Horizontal black lines appear in the printed document: usually the magnetic stick in the printer toner cartridge has accumulated powder, just turn it a few times.
⑥ If there is obvious dust on the printed document: usually there is a problem with the drum core or toner.

Problem 3: Deformation and damage of the scraper caused by adding toner
Re-disassemble the toner cartridge to check the toner bin and scraper, or choose a suitable substitute toner cartridge with added toner.

Problem 4: There are large particles of impurities blocking the magnetic roller and scraper
Disassemble the toner cartridge to check and remove the impurities.
